Well, that didn’t last long. Street Fighter IV’s tenure at the head of the all formats/full price chart, we mean. One fleeting week in the spotlight and the world's greatest beat 'em up is unceremoniously banished into third place by, er, an RTS and a PS3 exclusive… We don’t think there’s any question that Street Fighter IV will end up being one of the longest-played games on this weeks chart. SFIV reveals its deepest subtleties over time, and we can‘t see the online game ever losing its appeal. Right now, though, its sales have dropped by 49% since last week and it’s taken a thorough beating at the hands of a couple of very likely contenders - the excellent Halo Wars at two and Killzone 2 in first place. The latter achievement is worthy of a little extra note too. Killzone 2 has become the fourth fastest-selling Sony-published title ever, and it is the second quickest-shifting on PS3 after GT5 Prologue. It’s also Sony’s first all-formats chart-topper since God of War 2 on the Playstation 2, nearly two years ago. That’s a bizarre and slightly sad statistic which, we guess, illustrates just how bad things have been for the platform holder in recent times. Moving on, and the rest of this week’s countdown looks a lot like last week’s. Prof Layton is back in business at five and the Mega Drive Ultimate Collection has snuck a place, but everything else thereafter appears to have slipped a bit - even the mighty Wii Fit.
