Microsoft has added several oldies-but-goldies to its Xbox 360 ‘Classics’ range in the UK, and dropped the price of a few of them to £14.99 too. New arrivals first and, just as we expected (‘cos it's just happened in the US too), Grand Theft Auto IV has joined the party – expect to pay £19.99 for this morally bankrupt slice of urban hilarity from now on. Also new to the fold are Rockstar Games’ quality streetracer, Midnight Club Los Angeles: Complete Edition and the brilliantly atmospheric but somewhat moist shooter, Bioshock. Same prices apply, we imagine. But there’s more in store, and for less. Ubisoft has given five to the cut price cause – Splinter Cell Double Agent, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and Naruto: Rise of a Ninja. All will be sold for the frankly unmissable price of just £14.99 apiece from here on. With bargains like that can you afford to say no? And finally, perhaps mindful of the stigma of looking like a penny-pincher, Microsoft has redesigned the Classics range packaging, promising that the new look will add a “touch of class to any gaming fan’s collection”. Well, go check ‘em out and decide for yourselves...
