Dubbed ‘Hard Evidence’ and being prepared in the labs at Ubisoft for release this autumn. Be ready to concentrate on what cannot lie… We’re hoping the Wii version of CSI: Hard Evidence will be like that cool scene from Minority Report with Tom Cruise zipping through 3D menus in thin air. We’ve probably had too much coffee today. Ubisoft’s CSI games for PC have been warmly received until now. Even if the interaction is hardly high-tech, the puzzles involving evidence have been genuinely enthralling. As ‘Hard Evidence’ marks the series debut on consoles we’re honestly looking for something a little bit special on Wii, and no matter what a welcome alternative to all the first-person-shooters on Xbox 360. The game involves the original Vegas team – Grissom, Willows, and the gang – with Sin City as the backdrop for all your forensic investigations. The cases have been made longer and with more twists to the tales, something we love about the TV show. Hidden evidence could bring about a dramatic turn of events, and you’ll be required to examine samples in more detail using new tools such as video analysis and the garage lab. In case you missed it on first examination, look for Hard Evidence on PC, Xbox 360 and Wii this autumn.
