It’s a second spin in the big chair for the unstoppable gaming juggernaut that is The Sims 3. Sales have apparently halved since last week too... And that means a second-spot debut for Prototype, while the previous runner-up, Red Faction: Guerrilla slips a place. After that there’s little else of interest to report in this week’s countdown. Wii Fit is back in front of EA Sports Active, Call of Duty: World at War makes a reappearance thanks to a recent price promotion and – yawn – FIFA’s back again. Fortunately there’s a tiny bit more happening lower down the charts, beginning with the MotionPlus-equipped Grand Slam Tennis entering at 13 – two places behind Virtua Tennis, we note. Next, skip a dozen or so notches to find Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings whipping in at 26. That’s a lowly entry for a good looking game, we reckon, although it's perhaps not as disappointing as the New Play Control version of Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat, which only managed to scrape 35. Never mind, eh. That’s probably higher than it placed when it launched on GameCube with those mad bongo controllers. Anyway, let's check the top ten for the week ending June 15th. Truth told it’s not a bad selection, but let's see if Ghostbusters can upset the status quo seven days hence: 1. The Sims 3 (1) Leisure software charts compiled by Chart Track, ©2009 ELSPA Ltd.
