The Xbox 360 may well the last to arrive at the Unreal Tournament III party, but it looks like it'll be worth the wait - particularly for fans of Gears of War.

UTIII is finally coming to 360 on July 4th. Better late than never, and all that, and to sugar the pill of disappointment it looks like the game will be bundled with a nifty extra - an exclusive Gears of War 2 video. Well, that'd make up for the game's tardiness, wouldn't it?

The bonus content was inadvertently leaked earlier on today, when eagle-eyed fanboys trawling a certain online game/dvd retailer's website spotted a sticker announcing the GOW2 video on the UTIII packshot. The offending image was taken down pretty quickly afterwards, but, fortunately for us, not quite quickly enough.

Alas the sticker bore no information about what this video actually entails, though. We're guessing a sizeable preview of GOW2 gameplay and maybe a word or two from somebody at Epic Games, otherwise it'd hardly be worth talking about. But there seems little doubt that it's actually included in the UTIII 360 package, since Epic's Mark Rein has already hinted as much.

Let's call it official, then. And let's hope the video is sufficiently tantalising to keep us satisfied until Gears of War 2 launches in November.
