If the Wii is showing signs of an early demise in Japan and the USA (see our excellent Blog) nobody’s bothered to tell UK gamers, who are still gobbling up Wii Fit like it’s the best thing since sliced-white. Which, we suppose, it was once upon a time…

Anyway, it’s another week at the top without breaking a sweat for Nintendo’s enduring exerciser. Indeed Wii Fit sales are 30% down compared to last week yet the game/lifestyle accessory/thing is still managing to fend off all comers, including the Godfather II which clings to second place ahead of a resurgent FIFA 09.

The rest of this week’s all formats/full price top ten looks very much like last week’s. A quick runaround for all the usual suspects and the reappearance of Guitar Hero: World Tour at the expense of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which drops to 11. And that’s pretty much all we have in the way of red-hot chart-based excitement for another week. If you don’t like it, well, how about buying some different games!:
