Ooh, what’s this – a new Capcom teaser site hints at a treat for Street Fighter IV fans. And it’s arriving tomorrow...

Head to www.capcom.co.jp/newwarrior/index.html as fast as your fighting fingers can type for an all-too brief peek at whatever’s to come. From what we can make out, two monochrome figures are seen brawling distantly before two fists clash and then, in a swirling vortex of, er, seaspray or something, we’re afforded the merest glimpse of what appears to be a muscular forearm. Or possibly a leg. The whole clip runs for about ten tantalising seconds.

It’s not a lot to go on, but there’s an option to replay to your heart’s content and a headline promising more at 17.00 JST tomorrow (08.00GMT). And if there’s any doubt that this is all about a new fighter to add to SFIV’s bruising roster, well, just take another look at the URL you’ve just typed in.

So what’s in store – a new brand new character or an old face revived for a new generation? We’re kind of hoping it’s the latter – T. Hawk or Dee Jay perhaps?
