Dammit, wish we’d paid more attention during GCSE Japanese. As such we’re just going to have to guess what’s going on at the new Metal Gear Arcade site. Fortunately there are lots of piccies.

Konami is showing off a trio of brand new screens and a handful of stereogram images. They’re supposed to demonstrate the snappy 3D visuals without the need for the special glasses you’ll get with the actual arcade game. Here’s how – go slightly boss-eyed to make a clear central image out of the two identical ones. Presto! It’s quite effective and bodes well for the immersive fun in store, but we guess we should advise you not to keep ‘em crossed for too long.

Otherwise we know that MGA is a Metal Gear Online-inspired four-player blast-fest, complete with 5.1 channel audio, the ability to challenge players in other arcades and very, very cool cabinets.
