MY TWO BOYS AGES 4 AND 6 PICKED UP THE GAMES VERY WELL . GIVE THEM AN INTEREST INTO FITNESS WITHOUT KNOWING IT. LOVED IT WHEN THEY COULD GET MY GIRL FRIEND OFF THE BOARD VERY MOTIVATIONAL AND GAMES AIMED AT ALL AGES. CAN SEE US HAVING PLENTY OF FUN AND LAUGHS WHILST GETTING FITTER.
