GTA IV is finally here then. Some of you queued up and have been playing all night. Others are counting down the hours until the end of work before settling in for an evening of carjacking entertainment. But before you get too enthralled let us know your impressions here. I am a seasoned GTA player, I like to think so anyway, have racked up many hours of play over the years. San Andreas was very good. Having purchased my copy last night and was playing until 1am - I have to say I was a little dissapointed. No skill points for driving shooting flying etc - this was a good feature of San Andreas - the game seems to have digressed to the original Liberty City game a few GTAs ago - seems very similar. The graphics are moderately better, I guess its a wait and see - perhpas the nector of the game will open up as I get further into it...........

This caught the eye of a slightly more competent criminal. Now I do some jobs for him. I've bought some new clothes and taken a girl out. I'll probably forget about her and drive cars around for a bit. For me, mission for mission exactly the same as San Andreas so far with better GFX. Will it get better the more I unlock? Not too inspired to stick with it and find out at the moment. Amy I missing some sort of point?

The graphics are immense! Tonnes better than San Andreas! I can't wait to see what happens in the ending!

Visuals I have never encounterd before on a console and it has to be said after playing both versions the xbox 360 is better it plays more fluidly. The people comparing it to previos gta's have not got a clue, San Andrea's the best game ever??! it sucked!!!!! you had to go around in a stupid gang playing the role of a black pimp with such stupid missions it as so unmovie like. unlike this release which is real next gen.
