GTA IV is finally here then. Some of you queued up and have been playing all night. Others are counting down the hours until the end of work before settling in for an evening of carjacking entertainment. But before you get too enthralled let us know your impressions here. I;m still waiting for a mission as funny as the final queer bashing one from that and up until last week I was still playing San Andreas a lot on my PC. GTA 3 got played to death on my PS2 as did Vice City. The PSP versions I could take or leave cause I hate handhelds.. but that's more to do with me being old and not liking the controls on that rather than the games themselves being at fault. This game has taken gaming to a new level that not many will ever reach with current technology. I'm hearing a few moans about fuzzy graphics etc and the 360, PS3 fan boys are having their usual pathetic arguments but they always do that. Sometimes it'd be nice if we all could get along eh.... either that or some of us get our heads out our backsides... but anyway.. I digress I got it on 360 by the way. Sod paying the amount you have to to get a PS3. Maybe the PS3 version has better anti-aliasing. The PS3 is a more powerful bit of kit after all. But I come from an era of gaming where the graphics were never as important as the gameplay. Something that a lot of games nowadays seem to forget. Having said that the graphics are pretty damn good on the 360 and I'm happy with that. I think what I;m trying to pocrastinate around saying is this is an amazing game. I may end up single by the time I complete it.
Posted by: morphine25uk on Mon May 05 04:26AM | Report abuseThe game is gd but it misses alot of features from the original, but it is still gd in tis own right, i gt it on ps3, the map isnt as big as san andreas which is a bit of a let down. it would be gd if they had a flight u could get to visit other islands eg: vice city and island form san andreus. plus go to the top of the statue of libery and go inside. climb a set of ladders to the very top and look up and youl she the 'heart' of liberty city.

It is a truly incredible game there are many things to do such as bowling, darts, pool, getting drunk, surfing the web to mention a few! The graphics however are a little dodgy in places on the ps3 but take nothing away from GTA IV this game is awesome!!!!! I got cheats from www.supercheats.com Check them out great fun...
Posted by: john.gleave on Wed May 07 10:36PM | Report abusegood story line same old stuff and as 4 graphics got san andras on pc linked up to hd just the same as the new gta not impressed at all should have been out a long time ago when san andreas came out so we hav all been riped off big time thanks sony the only thing thats good about it is online deathmatch but we did that on the psp and killed it got boring SONY WE WANT TO SEE BETTER 4 ARE MONEY WE ARE NOT ALL DAFT and rockstar good story line cause that all we got we want to c more and more new thing not the same things new toys and finaly the best thing about it is that it is OUT YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!! I NO U CAN DO TEN TIMES BETTER thank u
