Rockstar names the day for a worldwide simultaneous release of the year's most talked about game.

The date is now etched in pixels on the official GTA IV website (http://www.rockstargames.com/IV) as 4.29.08 which is the American way of writing 29 April 2008. Everyone in the gaming world who owns a PS3 or Xbox 360 can buy the game on that day - Tuesday in fact - as this is a confirmed global release date.

Since everybody else is quoting the guy, we may as well do the honours too. Take it away Sam Houser, founder and Executive Producer of Rockstar Games:
