Wii Fit runs up the stairs Rocky style, with a gang of Nintendo Wii games trailing not so far behind. We’ve have it with Indy, but still love WALL•E. A trip to the local swimming pool and / or gym will tell you that it’s holiday season. Bus loads of portly Brits squeezing into Speedos and running-shorts to burn off some blubber ahead of some beach basting action abroad. Hence, we do suspect, Wii Fit bounding back to the top of the charts. And since we’re all so happy to be spending a little bit extra, why not throw Mario Kart Wii into the basket alongside. Kids are running amok, but WALL•E is here to save the day. Or at the least the living room. Party people are buying in Guitar Hero – On Tour, or Legends – to remind people that their PlayStation or Xbox isn’t just for Grand Theft Auto, ooh nooo. This is officially the beginning of videogames silly season. We’d like to see Soulcalibur IV in the Top 10 somewhere next week, but who knows it could be Pippa Funnell. Anything could happen. Herez dem chartz. 1. Wii Fit Leisure software charts compiled by Chart Track, © 2008 ELSPA Ltd
