Social networking giants combine with Microsoft’s online gaming and entertainment community to boost the Xbox LIVE ‘experience’.

Microsoft has invited online social networks Facebook and Twitter to partner with Xbox LIVE on Xbox 360. The services will be integrated this autumn, allowing for new possibilities within games such as sharing screenshots on Facebook or inviting friends to play games or watch a movie via Twitter. EA has confirmed that a future version of Tiger Woods PGA TOUR will be the first to make use of such features.
