| If you set a condo to the lowest possible price, it will sell (although it will take time), even if you don't have any transportation connected. Also, you can destroy transportation routes to a condo and still have people living there. | |
Glitch - Get max money from hotel rooms | |
| If you have hotel rooms in your tower, you can rent them out at the min settable price. Then, during the night while occupied, up the rent to the max cost and the people will pay it when they leave. | |

| If you want to start the game with $4Million, start a game and if you try to place a lobby and the far left and bottom corner off the edit screen. You should get $4,000,000. | |
