Gradius V E3 2003 Preshow Report

Konami has released additional details on Gradius V, the latest game in the long-running shooter series, which will be playable on the E3 show floor. The game will have a number of new features not found in previous Gradius games, such as the new option control. There will be 12 power-ups available in Gradius V, two of which (the option bomb and the option stock) are entirely new. In addition, the game will feature seven stages.

Gradius V is currently scheduled for release on the PlayStation 2 this winter.
